Yesterday, a man from work brought in oranges from his garden. I had some spinach from the organic delivery, and wilted that with slivered toasted almonds, red onion, chopped oranges, honey and a touch of salt. I feel lucky to be able to cook with fresh organic veggies every day.

I gave blood today. I feel like crap but I'm happy. Feels good to help other people, even when I don't feel so cheeky afterwards.
